Over the past two years, Realme C-series smart phones have offered competitive specifications in the budget segment. Realme C3 launched in India's, first Helio G70 processor phone as claimed by Realme.
It is the first smartphone that features the new Helio G70 chipset that is designed to provide gaming capabilities on entry-level phones. In addition, the phone comes preloaded with Realme UI. Compared to the Realme C2 predecessor phone, the Realme C3 comes with a larger screen and a larger battery. Nicknamed "Entertainment ka Superstar", which translates into entertainment superstar, the phone debuted with an attractive price of Rs. 6,999 (~ $ 98).
Realme C3 specifications and features:
The Realme C3 flaunts a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with a mini drop notch. It offers an HD + resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a high aspect ratio of 20: 9. The smartphone promises a screen-to-body ratio of 89.8 percent. The back cover of the phone sports a new and attractive Sunrise design. The Android 10 operating system along with the latest Realme user interface, which is nothing more than a customized version of ColorOS 7, comes preloaded on the phone. It brings some new features such as interesting system animations, focus mode, smart gestures, screenshot with three fingers, sharing music in dual mode and personal information protection.
The 2.0GHz Helio G70 chipset that comes with ARM G52 graphics powers the Realme C3. The 12nm SoC comes with network latency optimization. The SoC is combined with up to 4 GB of LDDR4x RAM. Phone users with a maximum internal storage of 64 GB. There is a microSD card slot in the device for additional storage.
The rear of the Realme C3 has a vertical dual camera configuration powered by AI. It has a 12 megapixel primary trigger with f / 1.8 aperture and a 2 megapixel depth sensor with f / 2.4 aperture. It is equipped with a 5 megapixel AI Beauty Selfie camera with a pixel size of 1.12 microns. The Realme C3 is blessed with photography functions such as LED flash, fast focus PDAF, Chroma Boost, Panorama Selfie, HDR mode, slow motion video recording 1202 and 1080p video recording for the rear cameras. The front camera is equipped with functions such as AI Portrait, HDR Mode and Panoselfie.
The Realme C3 consumes power from a 5,000 mAh battery. There is no support for fast charging on the device. It carries support for reverse charging that can be used to charge other devices. In addition, the device lacks a fingerprint scanner. Therefore, users will only receive the face unlock biometric recognition feature in Realme C3. The phone is equipped with other features such as dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Realme C3 has arrived in India in two variants, such as GB RAM + 32 GB of storage and 4 GB RAM + 64 GB of storage. These models have a price respectively of Rs. 6,999 (~ $ 98) and Rs. 6,999 (~ $ 112). The phone comes in Blazing Red and Frozen Blue color editions. Customers who are interested in buying the Realme C3 can buy it first on February 14 at 12 p.m. via Flipkart and the Realme India website. Launch offers include cash benefits worth Rs. Jio 7,550 and first day sale offer in Flipkart amounting to Rs. 1,000 instead. It will also be available in retail stores in the near future.
